So I edited a hair mesh in Blender, and it looked fine! But when importing it in S4S, part of the hair is invisible, like the normals were flipped! So I went back into Blender and flipped those normals so that it was invisible in Blender, but it showed up properly in S4S, so I was like, "good! Weird, but okay!" But then I check in game, and almost the entire hair mesh is completely invisible! So I went back and reverted flipping the normals, let it look weird in S4S, put it back in the game, but I have the same results! Whyyyy???

Hi! Please share the package, blend and a picture when asking for help so it's easier to others to help you out.

1drv.ms/f/s!Avln4Cgl3FuCboGgI5xJOlwxtVo So I've noticed something... I tried to recreate the package, and I noticed that, when I import my mesh, all of the textures go blank except for the one I personally added. I double checked in Blender to make sure I placed the UVs to the right textures, and I did! So I left one of the original textures in the package, and the black one is mine.

I apologize for the late reply. The link is working fine, i took a look at your mesh so please read the following: - To import correctly, your blend MUST have the same amount of group meshes (with their respective cut numbers) present on the original package. Please read how hairs are composed. Each mesh group correspond to a different state (no hat, hat v1, hat v2). Your mesh is divided in 3 groups so each part will appear in a different state. You have to have your mesh all joined into one mesh group, and the same mesh edited according each hat chop for the rest of the groups. - for the sake of having an organized blend. Please delete all extra rigs, bone_shape elements and the mesh group you have hidden with the same cut number.

They should have all the same cuts! I even double checked! I also did not realize I have extra rigs? Forgive me, I'm still a beginner, so I'm not sure what is safe to delete! But all of the cuts are definitely the same as the hair I cloned it from! Ah, I'm so confused! @_@

Please read the link i shared, it explains how hairs are composed. Yes, the cut numbers are correct but not how the mesh is divided. It should not be divided across the groups but each group have the full mesh.
If you have only the bangs in one group mesh that represents the state of the sims' head when using a hat, then that is the only thing you'll see when using a hat. Same with the rest of the groups.

I read it, but I don't understand the problem with my mesh. The entire thing is a frankenmesh of two SilverMoon meshes, so the bangs are from one hair (Tuxedo Mask), and everything else is from another (Sailor Moon). When making the hat cuts, I used the original cuts from the Sailor Moon hair, but had to duplicate the Tuxedo Mask hair to use the knife tool to cut it myself to match the Sailor Moon cuts. I'm not sure what you mean by "divided across all groups." :( Should I share the original package with you? Because I managed to successfully do the same thing with another frankenmesh I did! *_*

I re cloned a BG hair and compared it to your groups and cuts. From left to right, 1-0000 / 2-0001 / 3-0002. You have the orders mixed up. You can re clone the hair you used as a base, and compare it yourself.

In the original, 1 is 2, 2 is 1, and 3 is 0, i think that's the problem. Here it is: 1drv.ms/u/s!Avln4Cgl3FuCbx991kqSyDYiBB8 Is that where I messed up?
