Start with something small like objects or clothes, hair is very hard to learn and takes a long time to get hang of.
There is reason why that is said, no one is going to give you step by step and explain the basics on the way. Learn the basics and stop yelling when you type :P

You need to learn the basics of blender, you say "I see a cube all the time I dont know how to make the cube into a body" . Now apart from the fact you dont make the cube into the body, if you were to start meshing the first step would go like this
Click on the cube and hit delete
then you would say it wont delete, I cant click on it
then I would say its because blender uses mouse buttons backwards you have to use the right button
then you would ask if you can change that
then I would take a screenshot explaining how to.
Two questions and all we have done is delete the cube :D
The internet abounds with basic blender tuts, if I told you what key did what every time you wanted to do something Id be here for eternity, I have been 3d modeling for years, have 3DS max as well as blender, have even done a uni course on 3DS max, although I know how to make a hair in theory I have never made one, nor do I have the skills/patients to do so, you either can make it or you can't. But anyone who can make hair started out by making basic stuff to learn how to use the tools necessary.

I find your first post demanding and at the same time contradictory. You say "please dont respond back saying hair is very hard to learn and takes a long time to get the hang of it because i dont care im willing to start somewhere" yet you refuse to learn "small stuff" since that isn't going to help you on what you're so decided to do. When the best thing is to learn the basics that will give you sufficient knowledge to achieve what you want. Plus, you say that the videos you've found are too hard for you. And that's because you lack the basic knowledge. I suggest you heading to the CAS tutorials and reading some of them.

for me, hair takes patience depending on the hair you're trying to create. there are two types of hair; clay and alpha. clay is similar to what EA has. it's very cartoony looking. not very realistic. and on the other hand, you have alpha. that hair has the appearance of what hair is in the sims 3, a little bit more realistic. it has individual strands. i wouldn't say that creating hair is hard or very complicated, it just depends on if you have the patience to do it. if you're looking to make alpha hair, you wouldn't be able to do it in blender because blender doesn't support transparency, so you can't really see what you're doing. however, blender is great for clay hairs. but like they said, you really shouldn't jump to hair before getting to know blender, because it can be really confusing. i'm not saying this to be the one who's like "oh, you can't do this because you're not quick enough" or "do what we all did" because if you're like you said, a quick learner, then it should be easy, right? but honestly, blender is really scary if you don't know what you're doing. and when you do know what you're doing, adding hair into the mix, it's just too overwhelming. trust me, it's so much easier once you get blender and know what to do. don't jump to the tutorials i'm going to give you, but experiment with blender first, then refer to them. clayalpha
