You can run Studio on a Mac in several different ways. Give Bootcamp a try...Studio was coded for months on a bootcamped Mac. what other way is there to run it outside of Bootcamp?

You will need some kind of Windows running on your mac to use Studio. Other than Bootcamp, there is Parallels VMWare and VirtualBox but they all are ways to run Windows on a mac.

I hope I've chosen the right place for my message I have a strange problem with my My Sims4Studio on Parallels. It works well but one feature (the only I actually want to use) doesn't work. When I want to make a Pose, after choosing the ingame one, I save package file and need to save Blender file, but Sims4Studio says that there isn't any Blender on my computer (of course it is!). Does anyone have the same problem or I am unique having it? And if this problem is fatal, is there a possibility to save Blender file without installed Blender?

Is your Blender program a Windows version running under Parallels, or a Mac version running under OS X? I don't currently have Parallels on my Mac (I run Windows via Bootcamp instead) so I can't try this out, but my guess is that if your version of Blender is a Mac version, then that's why S4S doesn't cooperate with it - if you install the Windows version of Blender into your Parallels system, then hopefully that should work.
However, if you already do have Blender for Windows installed and it and S4S are not working together, then I'm not sure what to advise and I hope someone else will come along who can help! I did find that Parallels was not a 100% perfect solution for running Windows on a Mac and that was why I switched to Bootcamp.

Sorry to bump an old thread, could you post a picture of your file path infisim ? I can't seem to find the c folder within the Sims 4 application or transgaming (which I think is Cider specific).

Hi dancingclones, I couldn't I'm afraid. I ended up installing everything on my Windows partition so that I could mod. I'm going through Parallels and even with the file sharing, s4s doesn't recognise the file path from the Mac side.

If you're asking whether Studio will have a version that Mac users can use the answer is not any time in the near future. Until the current incarnation of Studio is perfected this is what the focus is. Studio was written in part on a bootcamped Mac though so it's definitely possible for people with a Mac to use it through Bootcamp. hello, since it's been a year since this, i was wondering if there are any news on the Sims4Studio becoming available for Mac?
