n3v3rmor3 Sugar version is outdated. You need to download the latest Studio, that is Jackpot 2.7.0.5. You can get it HERE

You can run Studio on a Mac in several different ways. Give Bootcamp a try...Studio was coded for months on a bootcamped Mac. What is bootcamp? How do I get it? Is it free? I just want to make custom content on my mac

Hello everybody I've just switched on mac and I want to start making CC with help of parallels (and s4s ofc), but I have no idea how to make it work. Do I need have my sims installed on MAC or Windows? I will be using Windows 7 Home premium edition and palarells version 10.2.1. Please help, Im totally noob. Sorry for my poor english. EDIT: Ok, I've run windows, install s4s, everything works perfect, but what about the game? Should I install it on mac or windows?EDIT2:All right, finally after hours of fighting, I've get things done. I have got my game installed on Mac, but I use S4S on parallels Windows 7. All you need to do is: 1. Open on windows 7 disc C, Program files (x86) and create Folder Origin Games --> The Sims 4 2. Open in your Finder Application --> Sims 4 ---> Show package content (?) 3. Copy all files to Origin games --> The sims 4 on windows 4. Change name of Contents folder to Game 5. Folder Data from Contents put on it's own in folder The Sims 4 on Windows Everything should work. Now I'm looking for a way to not waste space on a hard drive, because instead of 12, my game occupies 24GB space. If anybody has any ideas, please share with me. I know that one of the users give (I think so) really similar way to this on the first page of this topic, but it wasn't really clear for me :<

I have tried to do what julkens suggested but it's still not working. Is it because I have Windows 10 instead of Windows 7? I've been trying to get it work all day and S4S just will not accept the sims files I uploaded to my virtual machine. If anyone has a solution I would be very grateful.

choe13 I don't think that problem is in you version of windows. Are you sure that you copy whole files from mac to parallels disc properly? Here is a screen how your TS4 folder should look in parallels. Please give me further details so I could help you. prolixious thank you for these links, I will check it out soon. Now my only struggle is blender, because I'd prefer to have it installed on my mac not parallels, but as far I can see it seems impossible. The only solution I see to install blender on both systems. Any suggestions anyone?
