So I finally tackled something I was high key dreading, actually attempting a pose. The reason I was dreading it was because it just honestly looked hella hard, and I was at least partly right. It's such a detail program, the majority of it I still don't understand but I at least was able to pull off my pose. This is my literal first try, I made the pose put it in the game and took some snaps. I see some things I want to edit like the fingers. Was going for a fidget with the shorts kinda of look for that hand but it kinda got messed up. The other hand is also posed rather stiffly and unnaturally. The feet stance is cute but maybe a little TOO inward and that one shoulder is like no lie prolly dislocated lol. But the face came out pretty much how I want except for that cheek , i think it might be because of how i have the jaw to make it appear like the lip is being bitten, dont know If i can fix that cheek but I am confident I can fiddle with the other flaws and perfect this shy pose. So Id insight, input, criticism. I am aware how disproportinte it might look cause a lot of times I clicked the point tried to move it a little and it went haywire so I had to try to fix it , i was unaware ctrl z would work to undo the mistake -_- lol. Question though is there a way to "reset" a point back to default without reset the entire pose? like just resetting a single point. I had messed up the nose and kept trying to put it back to default but couldnt figure out how so I just tried to fix it manually, the nose is fine in the pose so it worked out but I would like to know for later. Also my thumb nail didn't want to work it said to use DDS file but its only letting me import PNG and its not showing up.

**HUGS** sammoyke I'm glad you attempted It it not to bad once you get used it like clockwork but then again practice makes perfect lol to. but don't stress too much sorry it took me this long to get back to this I've been super duper busy in RL. You did really well on your attempt

Yes, there is click on the join that overall such as the exp. the Wrist "b_r_hand_" Highlight the wrist as clicking on making sure you're on the right bone joint you wanna reset. Then Crtl+R to reset that particular bone only instead of all the bones.
One of my goals was to make a beginner video on posing I was going to do that before rl decided to kick in. I have few things I need get ready to pose and work on setting up for that toon posing it might be in parts show how to do little things simply on posing rigs and things. except for holding objects there so many things on that to and kz has a lot on that, I think.

i have been working on my first pose pack. I found this sticker site that has little user submitted anime stickers i thought would make cute poses and since they are focused on emotions it was good practice for the face and upper body poses, though very little lower body practice in truth. There are some joint issues at the shoulder with a couple, and im still getting used to the facial shape differences between the blender rig and my characters..what looks really well done in blender ends up looking too exaggerated or not expressive enough on my own sim..i wish i could use my sims character in blender lol i always forget how big of a butt i gave sammoyke so his hands always clip! i gotta remember to accommodate for larger body types other than the rig in blender. I've done more animations that single poses lately , I sorta got carried away with the animations really but i have been adding to this pose set little by little.

i love them sammoyke so cute yea about the butt I do that do I usually pull up a screen shot of the sim I'm working a pose for or imagine the sims for I'm making the pose. and yes I think that to some times on the put sims in blender, wish it worked that way but sadly it doesn't so I do the screen shot work.
and for testing pose's in game yes that's usually the part that takes me the longest out of all my pose's some times. I think now that i might have time I get my stuff re organized come to think about it I think my vampire's stance pose pack was my very first single pose pack. out of all my studio everything else was couples.
