I've modified your post. You can read the rules of the forum here. Looks like a weight issue. Please read this in-depth guide that explains all the clothing process. I recommend transfering weights with 2.70.

Your clothing doesn't have any weights at all, only the body does. So you have to do the weight transfer again. Either select only the clothing and separate it into another group (p / selection) to transfer it to then join it again (j), or delete all the bones that are currently on your mesh group and transfer the weights on all the mesh. But i always suggest not to touch the weights of EA's body parts. You can delete all body parts and re append them again... there's no need to be cutting the hole in the middle since it's very tiny and your clothing shows a lot of skin so the hole will be visible.
