I dont know the first thing about conversions but why do you need speedtree, its been a while but the last time I ever had anything to do with speedtree was for the use in game engines to populate a forest. Where in the conversion process does it say that ?

Where in the conversion process does it say that ? That's the problem, theirs nothing online that's tells me what to do because TSR workshop doesn't allow the viewing of Speedtree items so I'm not sure how to get it to show up in speedtree and get the mesh out and I extracted SPT AND SPT2 with S3PE and there's no way for me to open it!

Ok so i just tried half of that because i followed another tutorial way earlier when i was doing this by myself but I keep getting errors when trying to open them in blender, So maybe i should try again with these tutorial of extracting and all that stuff.

I think your issue may be from older version of Blender. I use 2.70

Hi, I have tried several times to convert the Sims 3 "Pink Hydrangea" to Sims 4. It is my favorite plant ever. I never found it converted and searched and searched through the web. With no success. Impossible to extract the mesh. I am not sure if anybody was able to extract tree meshes from Sims 3. They are special items, "SpeedTree" items.
OM explained it here: sims4studio.com/thread/1686/easily-import-sims-blender-package?page=3
Really frustrating.... O_o
Edited
Om wrote in the thread above: ".. if these are Sims 3 trees and bushes they are not standard items...they're SpeedTree items. ClipTool was never designed to work with SpeedTree items. To the best of my knowledge, there is no Sims 3 tool even capable of pulling a mesh out of a SpeedTree item".

Hi! What is the problem exactly here? What does the speed you mention has to do with the mesh itself? You only need the mesh of the object, nothing else. If you have the package or sims3pack please share it.

If you have the package or sims3pack please share it. Hello! I extracted the desert palm tree from the sims3pack and have the package file but unable to open it in blender, And i tried to open in in TSR workshop! Heres the .package download

The package you shared doesn't seem to have any geometry so i would re check if this is the object you are looking for. We are a Sims 4 Studio forum and assist you with this program. The thread isn't related to S4S at all since the problem relies on another program's issue. So i would ask this in the TSRW forum instead.
Edit: Also, to clear this out.. sims 3 packages are one thing, and sims 4 packages are another thing. So trying to open sims 3 packages with S4S isn't going to work. I mention this since you seem to be trying to open the package with blender.. you have to export the mesh from the package using TSRW or whatever program you're using and then import the .obj in blender just as the tutorials linked above explains. But since there's no mesh on the package.. you can't do that. Ergo, i suggest asking on their respective forum for assistance.

When i get it into TSRW it will show me this

Comb, at this point there is no way to extract the mesh of a SpeedTree item. See my post above, with Om's explanations.
