So i have been working on a pose with the assault riffle accessory. I started from scratch no in game pose exports and i assigned the rifle to the ring finger as the accessory stated that it was in.
in blender the animation is fine, not perfect by any means but I was satisfied with it..
But when i put it in game it's clearly off the mark. I attached the accessory to the ring bone at the base of the finger, how do i assign it to a different bone, perhaps instead of the base of the finger it should have been set in the middle...im so confused ive never had an animation be off from blender to game before. Its also faster in game....
can someone explain how is it working in blender but not the game if its not something simple like the bone placement? i did place it on the ring finger :(

so if i assign it to a different bone im deffiently going to have to recreate the entire thing but it was orginally attached to the correct bone so i dont see why its not working.. because even moving it up a single notch on the ring finger completely changes its entire position. Its off by like a friggen half a hair! I am so stressed out because I literally don't have a single idea where to start to fix this, the animation is just how i want it in blender ive spent hours on this to feel so let down by such a small fraction of error T_T i cant just move it down in blender and hope for the best it wont be fluid and i have to move and alter to much i have to be able to see it on blender to pose it right and its RIGHT in blender also why is it faster in game? by like two times the speed?

i fixed it, i have to redo it , im heart broken but its entirely my fault i should have confirmed the position of the accessory as the ring finger, i had to lock it to the hand to get it to work and i have to completely redo the pose to fit the new location, on the upside i am not restricted to moving the ring finger cause it was really awkward trying to pose it from there..so if u run into an issue like this its prolly cause of that..though i still dont know why its faster in the game than blender..

oh i am very sure that is not true at all lol i really just started with this program two weeks ago and im learning in a very haphazard way. I often only post if I am reallly stumped but sometimes in the process of explaining it I answer it myself ( i literally did in this case, it was because the bone assignment to the accessory was in the wrong place) i ended up having to remake the animation for the most part but in the end the position was better as a final result. Truthfully Id not even been able to do the pose without the help I have gotten here , this place is life .
