Hello! I've been looking for sideburns for my sims but there isn't a lot to choose from, so I'm looking to make it. I have recolored a lot of clothes and made makeup and that stuff, but I have no idea for sideburns. I think is like making eyebrows? Because there is no tutorial for beards or sideburns. But when I look at the eyebrow tutorial it isn't the same textures from what S4S gives me for a beard. VS How should I make it? what part of what goes on "Diffuse" "shadow" and "specular" ? Thank you!

As a good place to start from, you would want to clone an existing beard and go from there. An idea would be to eliminate the alpha from the beard (chin & jaw) itself, leaving only the sideburn parts that you would want. If the beard has a bump & specular map, you would need/want to edit those to match (especially the specular mask). Specular maps for CAS always match the image ratio of the diffuse texture, bumps are usually square, but generally obvious as to where everything is mapped.
I hope this helps you get started.
