Me and another creator have been having the same problem with objects in Apple Blossom. When I try and export any of the LODs (including the shadow meshes) it exports the non-shadow LOD0 mesh instead. Additionally, when importing meshes into LOD1 and LOD2 it doesn't update the preview properly.

I actually had a whole host of problems with the object I'm working on, such as the fact it slows down the game despite being low poly and the shadow won't import properly. I expect this is more to do with my mesh than Apple Blossom but I'm mentioning it here in case anyone else is having similar issues.

alexpilgrim I'm glad you got it fixed for your project but it seems strange that it should happen that way for you. I have tried with your same display settings and have not been able to get the same results as you have on this Mac. Hopefully this can be resolved or at least helped when the Mac version has the color palette feature.
skaidraxx there are many tutorials on this forum on how to create CC. While they are all designed for the Windows version of Studio, it is nearly identical to the Mac version in the features that are supported in both versions.
storiesofsims are you able to create anything in Sims 4 Studio? It looks like maybe S4S no longer knows where your game is. You could try deleting your /Documents/Sims 4 Studio/ folder and restart S4S to let it regenerate its files.

I've just downloaded the new Apple Blossom version of S4S for Mac and I'm having some glitching issues but can't seem to post the error report on the bug thread... there's no option to post or reply (sorry if it's something easy and obvious I missed, I don't use this forum often).

I was attempting to unlock some debug objects to play around with and this message keeps popping up as soon as I enter 'buydebug' into the cheat console. Also wanted to mention, once I click on my project type it won't allow me to open the cheat console unless I minimize the program and reopen it again, then press ctrl+shift+c. Another weird thing, it will not open at all on the main page, I have to select a project to get it to open too; entering the command on the main page just gives me an error sound.
I'm also experiencing one other issue: each time I go to process a batch fix on my mods folder, it keeps saying "Unable to find mods folder. Please check to make sure the one entered is correct" even though the path is correct and I've edited it several times, both via the batch fix menu and the main preferences menu.
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated ^_^ thank you!
Is it possible to update Apple Blossom so that for tuning files the Tuning ID doesn't have to be the exact same as the Instance? I think this is a glitch because the Tuning ID under the text tab is not the same as the tuning ID under the data tab. And when you try and update the instance and ID separately under the text tab, it sets both values to 0 when you reopen the file.
Edit: I figured out that when you go to the XML and change the tuning file name by updating n="(tuning file name here)" at the top of the file, then the tuning ID under the Text tab is automatically updated to the FNV64 decimal hash of the new name. I guess that hash is the 'real' tuning ID.
It would be easier to mod if 1) the Tuning ID field under the data tab showed the actual tuning ID not the instance and 2) if it was possible to update the tuning file name directly from the data tab instead of editing the XML. I know a lot of work has gone into Apple Blossom already but hopefully those suggestions are helpful!

Hello, I am experiencing crashes when attempting to recolor walls.
My computer is a Mac Pro Desktop -- operating system is 10.11.6
1) I open sims4studio 2) I select stand alone recolor under build 3) I select a wall and click on 'next" 4) I give it a name and click save -- it loads for a second and then it crashes (tried several different walls all have crashed)
A new file has been created and it shows up in game as a duplicate of ea wall. However if I attempt to open the newly created in sims4studio it results in another crash.

Two issues I've noticed in the new version:
