I spent the better part of 2 hours testing my game with and without mods, scripts, repairing..enabled disabled... I'm literally out of ideas. My brain is fried... and I'm bout fed up with mods....
Does anyone know what mods might be overwriting the babies?
My results came up human (with my mods and scripts) every time. With some taken out 50/50 came up 1 alien boy and then several girls and then no babies a few times. With all mods and scripts removed always 1 alien boy in my test save.
I thought it was maybe mc command or wicked whims but I took those out individually and came up with humans. I took em both out and it came up humans. I didn't see aliens until I removed all mods and scripts.
Did EA just change the chance of alien/hybrid children to alien/human/hybrid and I'm just wicked unlucky? I don't want to go through 3 gigs of mods starting my game up each time to make a poor sim have to give birth to check...

Hi Sparkiekong I am afraid you will have to.... At least if you are sure the issue is not related to Mc command center, you can use it to speed up the getting pregnant/giving birth process to identify faster. But yeah, it looks like you will have to use the good old 50/50 method to isolate the defective CC I would recommend you using the occasion to maybe sort a bit your CC if you do have 3gb of unsorted CC. Might help in the future for identifying defective mods if you have at least a couple folders like "game changing mod" folder and another "clothes" "building" "furnitures". I know the pain, I had to go through it myself to identify a guilty CC that made all my random sims have the same face. But I guess having to birth babies can take longer to test xD - Or if you want an alien child, just make it become one through the Mc command menu. click on the baby then Mc command menu, then "Sim commands" and then "Make alien" or something like that

I will do like you've mentioned and just alien-ize the kid if it happens again. I really do have everything sorted to the point of near OCD methods, which was why I came here hoping someone else had seen the issue and had some ideas. It was late and I was tired, frustrated and fried... Besides leaving this post here, I left a message with someone who'd posted about having similar issues on tumblr and left a message for DP. While I was checking all my mods... I took out the entire folder of mc command scripts... what I didn't do was check each individual script of MC Command. I keep them together because that's how they usually come when downloaded and was so fried I didn't think to try them individually. Lesson learned though, I will check them individually from now on. When I got up the next morning I got a reply from the person tumblr who had a similar problem and they suggested the pregnancy script from mc command might be the issue because it was for them. I tested that out and it fixed the issue. I also left a message on DP's patreon and he says he's fixed it in version 4.0.0 ... so the problem will eventually resolve itself when he releases 4.0.0. to public or if I support on patreon. Thank you. Perhaps someone in the future will see this and remember to check individual script files instead of individual groups of script files...
