I followed everything on the troubleshooting page but every time I select screenshot manager the studio crashes. The forum won't let me post on the troubleshooting thread. I don't know why.

Hi honeysim25, can you look in your Documents/Sims 4 Studio/Logs folder to see if there is an error message related to the crash? If there is not, check the Windows Events Viewer to see if there is a Studio-related message there.

Hi, I also get Wishes crashing when I try to open the screenshot manager. I have an application error and a .Net runtime error in event manager. If you want the details let me know.

Hi honeysim25, the error you posted indicates that Studio is having a tough time handling the content in your screenshot album. This is most likely the result of having a very large number of images in the album. The issue will be addressed in an upcoming version of Studio so that people with large numbers of images in the album can successfully view them using the Screenshot Manager.
Hi helen71, based on the post above yours, my guess is that the Screenshot Manager is crashing because you have a large number of images in your screenshot album. Changes will be made that allow people with large albums to browse them successfully. If on the other hand, you do not have many images, the error could be due to something else. If you only have a handful of screenshots in the album, the error message would be helpful.

I figured that was the issue. My screenshot folder was 4 GB. I deleted a lot of screenshots and got the folder down to 800 MB. Unfortunately, it still crashes. So I look forward to it getting addressed in the future.

Were you able to run it? Norton keeps blocking it for me.

I don't think it's a size issue for me, I only have 5 pics in there with a total folder size of 6.2mb.

Hi emmamerrills. You need to upload your picture online and then share the link here. I suggest using imgur.com for that. As for the counter, i'm assuming it's appearing on a corner of the catalog .. you can try opening the package with S4S by using the "my projects" button and changing the price and name so that it appears on another part of the catalogue. If the number of swatches isn't the only problem, then you can try all your mods elsewhere (make a folder in your desktop) and leaving only that package for S4S to try and fix if it needs to be fixed.
