I recommend you to check out MsLittleSam mods for butler and nanny to see if they fit your needs:
I use the nanny version working from 8am to 10pm plus Weekend, the nanny is more likely to take care of the kids:
littlemssam.de/better_nanny/
Butler will more likely cook, garden, clean up, repair & take care of Kids, you can also choose to hire a 2nd butler
