This is a tiny question but I'm trying to make a custom career and it's SO FIDDLY. I have to change a lot of numbers to other numbers.
I wondered if S4Studio has a Find/Replace function? Eg, search within package, find all instances of "12893", replace with "517535924"?

There is a find/replace function, yes. I'm not sure what areas of Studio it works in though other than when editing Tuning files. If you have a tuning file open you can click in the code text area and then press Ctrl + F, if you are on a Windows machine, which will then open up the find/replace search window. I'm assuming you need something that can find and replace resource instance numbers though and I don't think Studio can do that yet, but I have never tried so I can't confirm.

hi! why don't you copy/paste the code elsewhere (word?) and back to S4S?

hi! why don't you copy/paste the code elsewhere (word?) and back to S4S? Actually yeah! I ended up doing that. I found out that if you export all the xmls, you can use Notepad++ and "find in files", and find/replace in ALL THE XMLS AT ONCE. I love it. GOT IT. Thank you ♥

ohhh!! that's an awesome tip, thanks for sharing :D You're welcome! Notepad++ is amazing, you can do all sorts of things including deleting specific lines according to one or more characters (eg. delete all lines containing "0x") and more. It's my go-to, it really is.
