Hi neverthinklsI am not quite certain with only this small screenshot of the issue cause part of the back of the mesh looks fine. Is it that the back view of the front is disappearing ? Or the whole back face is disappearing ? But in any case it is either one or both of these : - The normals are not applied on the correct faces on your shirt. That means the texture is visible from the front but becomes invisible from behind. You can check this by selecting the faces thata are seethrough and then go to : Mesh - normals - flip normals - Blender (in comparison with MD), by default, only shows normals applied on one side at a time (like the sims 4 games does) and not on both sides of faces. That means that if you have a piece of cloth dangling around for example, you need to create outside and inside faces, with every time normals in the correct direction. Otherwise you will only see the texture applied on one side of the mesh. But if you need more relevant and precise assistance, please share your .blend and .package.
