Hey there, I recently just started to do my own recolors on simple clothing, but I can't figure out how to color "layers" or even object like counters. I've tried searching for tutorials but they are all old and have to do with hair or easy objects. I really want to recolor showers and kitchen stuff. HELLLPPPPP!!! I use GIMP.

mlnbls1986 , you can easily recolor objects like how you recolor clothes. it's the same process. and i don't really understand what you mean by "layers" try following this tutorial. but instead of importing your own cc, use create standalone recolor under the object tab. most of the stuff done in paint.net can be easily done in GIMP.
