So I've had the cats and dogs expansion since the day it came out. like anyone I had issues with the cc. I just ran batchfixes through sims 4 studio and everything worked perfect! that is until the laundry day pack/ update came out the other day.
I didn't get the laundry day pack, but my game updated automatically because of orgin. I loaded my game just fine, turned mods back on, exited the game, and then tried to reloaded it again. I have been unable to get passed the sims 4 logo loading screen ever sense. My game takes awhile to load because of cc, but nothing like this. I've let it sit for hours, and it still wont load. I cant move my courser and cant exit the screen, so it looks to me like a freeze.
I attempted to run a few more batch fixes on all of my cc/mods via sims 4 studio like last time hoping it would fix, but still notta. Is this like the last update where we just have to wait for a new version of sims 4 studio to come out to batch fix cc according to the laundry day update, or is it something with my personal game.
either way any suggestions on what might be up or how to fix it?

Same issue here. Someone in another thread found a solution, but it's super tedious and time consuming. Do we know if there's a batch fix being worked on for Laundry Day? |

Hello all,
I have the problem with my game after "Laundry day stuff", but only with the kitchen counters - "script call failed". I tried "Batch Fixes", but after that some of my mergers packages file were removed from Mod folder in Electronic Art and they were moved in Sims 4 Studio\Batch Fixes\18-01-28_15-01-39 (Fix Objects for Cats & Dogs Patch). When I tried to move it again in Mod folder and after that starting the game i still have the massage "script call failed".
How can I fix this, please!

I have the same problem, but I have not had time to update the game from my first pet stuff, jungle adventure, and laundry day, because I just got to open my game after so long. but after I open the problem that arises "script call failed" on the counter, before I try to check cc download with publish from creator in 2015 but still remain that way.
please anyone can help😰

I'm having trouble placing down any object that you can interact with. Please help! I can't use fence gates, windows, doors, couches, beds, counters, toys, computers, I talking about everything. I think there's something wrong with the events script. Please someone put in the chat what theirs looks like. I'm thinking it might be a mod but I have to check every possible answer.  !! This started happening when I updated the sims 4 seasons but not the whole expansion pack. |
