(SOLVED) Object intersecting floor or ceiling?

I'm not sure what's going on here, but my chair is not placeable .I also made a sofa and did not have that issue.
any help is greatly appreciated.                                       UPDATE......I figured it out. It was a footprint issue. I just copied one from another chair and it fixed the problem
