"Unable to save to game folder"

So I'm trying to do the counter fix by changing the tuning id, but everyone I try to save it it'll give me that prompt. It's worked before so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong this time. I've uninstalled studio, deleted all the folders for it, reinstalled, nothing.

Any help would be appreciated!
