the easiest way to make it so you can have bigger sims is to delete the inside body where the dress is covering it. if you don't delete the body then there will be clipping. after that, you need to have a nice uv_1 and then a nice weight transfer. if you still get some clipping you may have to hand paint the weights in some areas.
there is literally nothing else you can do. there is no magic trick; it's just uv_1, weights, and having too much body inside the dress, thus a clipping issue.

But if I've already deleted inside the body or atleast what I could would thete be a different option?

you can split the faces in half to delete the legs that are still inside the body. and if need be you can also weight paint it
