Hello! I'm not on my computer right now so I can't check your file, but you need to fix the UV through Blender. This video is about hair, but it's pretty much the same process with objects and any CAS items:

That's the problem: Your UV is a mess. All your vertices/faces are placed randomly around your texture, that's why the box looks like a puzzle . And I'm assuming this is what you want, right? If so, I did the next: - On "Edit Mode", make sure you click "Limit selection to visible" ( ). - Press "B" on you keyboard and select one of the sides of the box (it should be 9 small squares). - Now, when you have one of the sides selected, go to " Mesh -> UV Unwrap -> Cube Projection ". - Your small squares will be in a perfect position but in the middle of your texture, just edit them how you would like them. - Repeat for each face of your box. This will do the inside and the outside of the box. There are other ways like trying to UV Map the entire box instead of by 'faces/sides'. The best is try and see what it's easier for you.
