Have you tried running as administrator? I don't think that your graphics card is the culprit.

I don't have WIN 10 so I can't be sure about the operating system. I will contact the development team to see if they can help.

Thanks for flagging me on this brujah . Hi -X-, I'm sorry to read that you're having issues. Have you checked your Windows Event Viewer to see if the system is logging an error there? The computer that Studio is developed on has the Win10 fall creator's update installed, so that should not be causing a problem in and of itself. In the absence of an error message, it is very difficult to know what could be going wrong.

Have you tried repairing your .NET Framework? If not, please give that a try. Microsoft has a link for their repair tool HERE.

Hello -X-That's quite odd. You should try from another user account on your computer. Simply create another admin account that you will delete after the test. Login into the second user session and try to install S4S from there. If it doesn't work, it means this is a system wide issue. You can try to have a look at your event viewer but as nothing happens it is unlikely you will find any error in there. I don't suppose you have a second monitor plugged in the computer like a TV for example ? It can happen that a computer pops some windows on the second display even when it is turned off. You can also update your windows version with the last updates available if this is not already the case. If none of those work I guess you are in for a windows reinstall.
