I've created my first chair for TS4 it looks great, no issue with anything expect something small. The chair i cloned is slightly lower then my chair, and its not even that noticeable, but the sims butts kinda sink in ever so slightly more then i like, can this be adjusted? Sorry this is the first time making an object with a sims interaction

No expert, but I would simply move the Rig transformBone position higher in Z direction. Most animations I know are all tied to this bone and it won't effect the position of object to the ground.

Alternatively, you can reduce tree the chair height in your 3d program.

If you want to keep your chair as it is and not make it shorter to fit the existing sitting pose than you can edit the RIG using the RIG/SLOTS tab in Studio. It's in the same place as the Texture, Mesh, and Tags tabs. To move a bone (they look like little purple pyramids) select the one(s) you want to move in the list and change the Z value. A higher number moves the slot up and a lower number moves the slot down.

I'm not really looking to edit the mesh, just change that animation Since you want to keep your chair the same and make no edit to it, then the way to do it is to adjust the sitting right as suggested by others. In this case, you should be concerned with the Z value that adjusts the vertical shift. A high number will move the slot up while a lower number will move the slot down. To understand more on RIGS/SLOTS, please read this: sims4studio.com/thread/4420/use-sims-studios-slot-editor
