Hey everyone, I'm very new to making cc but I wanna create an eyeshadow and I kinda did using laracroftfan1's tutorial but the pics are missing so I had a hard time following it. The colors and texture seem to be fine but my issue is that everytime I put the eyeshadow on the Sim, her skin becomes super pale and bright, like she has higlighter all over her lol. Does anyone know how to fix this please? Thank you!

can you please share a photo of the problem? if you're using dds you will have to fix the alpha channels.

Thanks for replying! Ok so this is the before with no makeup on and this is with the eyeshadow on, now I noticed she has 2 sets of eyebrows, I guess I should've erased them. The blue and light yellow circle is what I want. Also when I open the DDS file provided in the tutorial, this comes up. The only thing I checked earlier was ''Load MIP maps'', is that correct?

When you make a texture and use sim body texture as a template there should be only eyeshadows visible when you save a diffuse. See what is suppose to look like in my post here where I also made a short video. You can save in .png instead of .dds, it's much easier. sims4studio.com/post/62572/thread

Now I guess I just need to figure out how to make it look good cause using blend modes looked better on the body template but when that's gone it looks bad.
