I need a slider that makes the sim lift up into the air so I can use the high heels I converted from ts3, I would really appreciate some help? (Sorry if this is in the wrong area)

if you are creating heels which is a cas item, you'll need to edit the foot mesh itself. look at this and this tutorial how to do that. |

There are only a few people in this community who were able to code/edit some sort of sliders but not the one that you are looking for. In TS4 the only way to do this is by adjusting feet height.

I've adjusted the feet so they wouldn't go into the ground but it makes the legs look short and weird since the heels are so tall... Would it be the same code editing as the height mod? |

I have edited the height mod for personal use so that it does what you describe.
I wanted to make it into a stand alone to release it but didn't work. My knowledge lack.
I might still release it someday though.. but as it makes it incompatible with the height mod it is complicated as people don't read they will mess up their game.
