Hi! I'm new to cc creating and I want to separate two jacket meshes from full body outfits and convert them to accessories, is there a tutorial that deals with separating and adding meshes to accessories like rings?

Hi! Not really, not that i know. Tutorials are meant to give you the knowledge to do stuff on your own, there's very little times where you'll find something specific that will guide you step by step. If this is your first time working with blender then i suggest watching beginner tutorials in youtube to learn your way around it. How to select, delete, append. The basic tools. You'll have to export the mesh and delete everything but the jacket. Then clone a hand accessory, export it's mesh, append your jacket meshgroup and replace the cut numbers. Then move the jacket's UV and Texture to the correct texture space to avoid skin overlap. I suggest the following links: - Accessory import. - Jacket acc threads: this one & this other. |
