Hi. I'm a noob at this. I downloaded sims 4 studio, typed in my creator name then clicked "Create CAS Standalone" (I have a Mac) and then clicked the blue CAS button and nothing showed up at all. I don't see any of the CC in the game showing up. Do any of you know what's going on and how to fix this?

For your custom content to appear in S4S you mush put a copy of the custom content in the Sims4Studio Mods folder. C:\Users\Owner\Documents\Sims 4 Studio\Mods

I'm having the same problem. although I'm on Windows. The error pops up when I open sims4studio, i set the correct game path, and i click "create CAS standalone" none of the base game or expansion pack meshes show up. And if i close sims4studio and open it again, the same error about the game path shows up again.
My game path is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4

C:\Users\Owner\Documents\Sims 4 Studio\Mods I just need to at least be able to see the content that is part of the base game, but I can't even do that. But thanks for this info. I would've been struggling later on in the future had I not known this.

I have a mac so I'm not sure if this will be a complete help to you, but i basically opened the sims 4 game and then I right clicked the icon when it pops up at the bottom of my screen and hovered the mouse over options. Then I click show in folder. This showed me exactly where it was. I realized there was another application created inside another folder, this was because there are multiple users on my laptop so the computer created a separate application folder for everyone. This is where my folder was at. I opened the sims4 studio and looked for the folder in the same place and when I clicked it everything popped up. Hopefully, this will help you.

Interesting to know that for whatever reason, some people have the game installed locally only in their home application folder. Could be that you didn't have admin rights on the Mac when you installed it or changed the path. Could have something to do with the most recent version of the game as well. hum. Gotta have to investigate that I guess. Thanks for the feedback

I'm having the same issue, the game path is correct so it can't be that. I'm just trying to edit a base game top, but when I click the blue cas button it comes up with a blank screen and drop down menus. I'm not sure what I can do to fix this? I've tried the solutions in this thread but nothing has worked

Not sure what I did or what fixed it, but when I clicked the blue CAS button everything showed up.
