hi guys! i tried to look for a post about this issue, but turns out when you search for "cc thumbnail" in the help section you get a lot of results. i looked through a couple pages and couldn't find anyone with this issue, so hopefully this isn't painfully repetitive. anyways, i'm trying to use the S4S catalog to quickly sort through my mods folder so i'll be able to see the file names and delete cc i don't want. however, thumbnails aren't showing up for all of my mods. i have cleared the local thumbnail cache twice, gone into the game, watched as each thumbnail loaded in for ALL of the objects, closed the game, opened S4S again, and it's still the same. i'm also 100% sure that the same files are in my sims 4 mods folder and my S4S mods folder. is there a thumbnail cache in S4S i should be deleting to fix this? for the record, i'm using a mac, but this happens on my PC too. and i have the most up-to-date version of S4S. thanks for any and all help!

Hi jokeplease Is your title accurate? Is this what you get when going to standalone recolor and then selecting: Custom content? Because if yes, there is here a difference indeed. Because when you select Custom Content, S4S is reading the packages that you placed in the mod folder of S4SIf any package that you added to that folder didn't have their thumbnail generated by the game before you copied then into S4S' mod folder. Then they will have no thumbnail no. You would need to replace the packages in Studio's mod folder by versions of those which had their thumbnails generated by the game. Which means already having to identify them and sort them to be able to sort them -_- not very efficient. What I would suggest you as you also have the windows version. Would be to copy your Studio's mod folder temporarily in your game's mod folder. Then use the function from the windows version of Studio: "My CC" to check those packages, delete the ones you don't need anymore and once you're done, replace the folder in your Studio's mod folder. Otherwise you could simply open the packages one after the other to get the preview and delete what you don't need. But that's also tedious.
