I used EA's Dogs Night (from cats and dogs) mesh to create a canvas mesh. I have completed some paintings and am wanting to upload them here, TSR and MTS and needed to know:
Is the mesh I created basegame compatible, or do downloaders have to have cats and dogs in order to use my mesh?

if you cloned a package that requires a certain EP for it to work it will not be basegame compatible. if you would like it to be basegame compatible, you'll need to clone a basegame item and then import your new mesh with its textures into that package.

ok thank you. I don't want to go through all the hub bub of redoing over 50 images just for them to be basegame compatible, but I will remember this for the next time. Thank you for your help.

If you are ever unsure if an item you have made is base game compatible or not, there are two easy ways to check. On the Texture tab in Studio, if there is a tick box option to add the pack icon to your object icon then it requires that pack. If you go to the Warehouse tab and click on an Object Catalog entry then you can find the PackID on the right which will tell you what pack the item was cloned from and needs.
