Is there anyway I can make some realistic looking clothes without purchasing Marvelous Designer or downloading it off some sketchy website? I've been trying to find an answer to this for a while now, so any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance!!

If you're not going to use marvelous designer you'll going to need to be able to paint on wrinkles and such (so if you're good with photoshop it should be fine). Or, probably the easiest and best method is to recycle EA's bits and bobs for your own clothes (use their normal maps, meshes etc), and that should produce good results. If you're desperate to simulate clothing blender can simulate cloth similar to how MD does it but it's pretty bad in comparison. That being said it can still give okay results which can be then improved. But above all, follow the above advice ^^ and read tutorials
