Disciplined and Art Martial from Sims 3 Adventure

i have been wanted to do with the chinese sims and i do somting like sims 3 skill and trait ( that i liked in Sims 3 Adventure in China destination)

skill :
Martial Art (China Destination  : simfu)

trait : disciplined (renforce art martial )

i can't do myself because i have no time to do this.

Could you help me in this quest ?.
