you don't edit textures or images in blender. you edit meshes and their uvs. you use Photoshop or any image editor to edit textures, example gimp. if you need any particular texture then you export it from a package the same way you import it. you can save an image from blender but again, this is unedited .. it's the same thing you get from the packages you cloned already.

ive not got the origanal image i used for the project I cant find it I had cut a lot off it in blender and what is left is the edited waistcoat that looks fine in blender but i cant seem to save it from blender i click image but no options to save the edited picture. :-/ realy dont get it lol I tried to cut out the parts from another saved picture that i used befor i cut it up in blender but when i add it to the mesh it double copies it so its not only on the waist coat but on the sims skin as well under the waist coat and dont know how to solve that if i can find a way so it only covers the waist coat in s4s and not also paste it on the skin under it i will be happy any idears? Best wishes Steve

please check the first reply I did for this thread and alli the links I mention: sims4studio.com/thread/8435/accessory-jackets-solvedagain, you can't edit images in blender. you need to export the original texture from EA's coat package and modify it in your image editor of choice. as for the coat issue, you need to move the uv so it doesn't overlap with the body. all explained in the link above.

Ive been over the advise in the link about the UV Mapping and I just don't get it at all its far to complicated for me so think I will just have to give up on the idea of finishing the waistcoat for now at least. :-( I'm just no good at all at this stuff Its just beyond my limited know how. (atrb_partsz) Thank you for trying to help me anyways its much appreciated Best wishes Steve
