Hi,
I just wanted to highlight some changes done to the tuning files to perhaps ease the workload of those of you who have some tuning mods that broke with the pre-Seasons patch.
There has been (at least) three major changes to some of the code in the Interactions and Object tuning (not to mention the complete overhaul of the plants and fruits, but I won't touch in on that right now).
1. Pie Menu Icon (Interaction Tuning)
The code for the pie menu interactions used to look like this:
With the recent changes it should look like this:
2. Display Name Text Tokens (Interaction Tuning)
The code for this (which determines if you are going to specify your Sim or the interacted Object in the interaction String Tables) used to look like this:
For it to work correctly now, it should look like this:
3. Tooltip Component (Object Tuning)
Last but not least, the changes to the Tooltip Component (which determines if an objects tooltip will be shown when hovering over it). This is what it used to look like:
This is what it should look like now:
I hope this might help some of you out to fix your broken tuning mods. If you come across more of these, feel free to add them to the topic.
