I made some eyelashes but I have two problems that I'm not sure how to fix. I have gotten them to blink with the eyelids and there was a previous problem where only one side of the mesh face showed up (Which I fixed by duplicating and flipping the normals in Blender.) Programs Used: Sims 4 Studio (3.1.1.7 - Wishes), Blender (2.70a) for the lashes mesh, and Inkscape (0.92.3) for the lashes texture. Problem 1: The eyelashes stretch out in CAS. I'm not completely sure if its something to do with assignments or weight and if it is how to go about fixing it. i.imgur.com/jGHC7He.pngProblem 2: The lashes only seem to work with certain presets and don't adjust with the eyes. I would like to know what would be the best way to make it so that any eyes can be used. Package: drive.google.com/file/d/11f9g5TbJ52MQ7vGvp9y0GzlhWJqMUI0b/view?usp=sharing*Added*Blend: drive.google.com/file/d/1ObT7noY8ZeewF1mRDdXBmSFOhQP_OHoL/view?usp=sharing (The download button moves up to the upper right corner for this file for some reason. It'll still download though but a tab will open and close while doing it.)

I added a blend file link under the package link as you asked.

Thank you! You haven't vertex painted the mesh correctly, please take a look at THIS TUTORIAL. The uv_1 isn't correct either. I'm pretty sure you can get away with not having an uv_1 since it's a head piece. So select it from the list, and use the minus button next to it to delete it.
