I did a few batch fixes to help my game but it ended up deleting a bunch of my cc! When I went to fix it by going to the batch fix folder, I ended up replacing the files that got batch fixed with the ones that were in the folders. I had no idea what i was doing and now i'm missing some of my cc still! I really need help to get the original files back and I already tried using the previous versions method. Please reply right away if you know how to help me! I was also wondering if every batch fix folder contained the original files.

Hi username8214, any file that Studio changes in a batch fix is included in the backup folder. This folder is located in your Documents/Sims 4 Studio folder. Please be aware, the batch fixes do not contain code that removes CC. It will either change it or not, but it will not delete it.

I know it's not coded to delete cc but it made some of the merge files with my cc in them break or something. The cc in the merge files won't show up. I did go to my batch folders but I idiotically replaced the files in my merge file folder with the ones in my batch folder instead of copy and paste. I'm aware that I didn't state it this way in my first post but I was trying to find some way to word it during my brief moment of frustration with myself at the time.

Oh right! About the question I'd stated above, does every batch fix folder contain the original file or are the originals only stored in the first batch fix folder that you do?

The batch fix folders contain copies of any file Studio changes while running a batch fix. Before changing the file, Studio copies it into the batch fix folder. Then it makes changes to the package in whatever folder you have it pointed at.
