I know it's hard-coded into the game, but, come on; people hack into bank accounts all the time - surely SOMEONE can finagle a way to override this dumba$$ floor limit  ; I want to build Hogwarts, which has 8 stories, plus towers... Come on, modders; get your butts in gear!

This is surely not the best way to ask for something.
And I believe the engine limits how high the world is anyway. even if you could allow for more floors you would soon reach the sky's limit which probably cannot be tempered with because you know... game engine/hard code and stuff...

I wasn't really asking for anything; more like airing a frustration. I admittedly don't know anything about coding, but it seems as though some skilled coder could do this. Perhaps we all just need to harass Maxis until they change this floor-limit thing.  BTW - I'm not serious when I say "harass"; I just mean pester in an innocent but irritating way -- don't get your panties in a twist. :D |
