Pretty naked top when you are zoomed out, but when you zoom in it's like kinda there except the shirt is going ape.

Saw this could be a common problem if you don't have generate minimaps on? But--

Did this like five times in gimp and it just refused to work when I replaced the file again. Anyone have any suggestions? It'd be greatly appreciated.

I haven't even considered Paint.net and wow, it took well over an hour to install it. Not sure if it was updating or optimizing or what, but wasn't expecting it to take so long and thank you!

It worked very well in fixing my issue. The shirt looks far better now and isn't nude at all~

Had to download a plugin so the program could open PSD files but other than that it worked like a charm. Thank you!
