not sure what to call this issue? shoe laces tied? ;)

Longtime away only to come back to quite a few of my CC shoes being fused to the other shoe when the sim walks, I didnt create this cc but i would like to fix this issue ASAP so i can get back into my knee high boots <3


I'm sure others have had this issue before, if someone can point me to a retired thread, or tutorial that would be a lot of help. I'm at a googling loss with this issue.
