Hello, your question is not understood do you want to convert a .obj? in that case you would have to pass the object with an object conversion tutorial If that is not the case I hope that more people can guide you in your search for the question

Is it an object external to a game of sims or is it a game of sims?

It is external. So this is a new object that is not in the game

that is, you have a mesh of an object in the extension .obj you need the blender program (I do not know what kind of version it serves, maybe other people guide you ) you need to understand the uv map this video may help you: you must keep in mind where it says to import in blender: wavefront .obj when you finish importing, understanding and all your model you have to have the sims4studio program you have to look for a similar object

you said they were beginners, you should first understand the blender program that is, you have the 3D model made by you or some page and then you import it If you still can not do it I hope more people read your post and help you with the experience you have traveled

Ok, the object is imported to blender, and I can see it. But when I want to Export the mesh and drag and drop it into blender, there is an error: "File written by newer blender binary (270.6) expect loss of data" so why is this? I am using Blender 2.7, which is recommended by Sims 4 Studio

Best way is to open the mesh you are going to replace in blender - mesh exports from game are blender files - then import the .obj file into it, delete the original, update the cut number and you are good.

There is a tutorial HERE that goes over how to replace an EA mesh with an existing mesh in .obj format. It basically illustrates the steps that Leniad listed above.
