I personally love Halloween because it is the one time I can cosplay outside of a convention and not be judged silently by other people, it is right up there on my top 5 favorite Holidays just before Christmas which I enjoy because I get to see all my family members I never see that often. Anyways if you do celebrate Halloween, how was your Halloween? What did you do? Got any funny stories about your Halloween?
My Halloween Story:
For Halloween this year I dressed up as a Reaper by making a costume with some old clothes I had that did not fit me anymore. I made it using a black top that I cut the sleeves off of and teared some cut marks into it so it looks like a tethered shirt, some old pants I had which I put three slashes on each pant leg to make them teared, an all black body sized cape with a hood that I had bought a while ago, my boots, and a Scythe I bought the night before from Spirit Halloween Store. When it came to handing out the candy my mom's friend joined us along with my grandma, my grandpa, my mom, my aunt, and my dad at our house. My mom's friend and I stood out where I was handing out candy and he was dressed as a demon in this really cool costume he made scaring people which was kind of fun to watch I will admit since most of them had a good laugh about it with us after. I tried my hand at scaring some people by putting my hood up which obscured my face while I had it fully up and stood still holding my Scythe in front of me only to flip the cape back and take a fighting pose with my Scythe drawn, I got a few kids, but not as many as my mom's friend. Our whole yard was like a Zombie set which looked pretty cool, my mom's friend came up with the idea of setting up decorating scary for Halloween since my mom typically likes to decorate cute for Halloween.
Later on in the night I got a bit tired of handing candy out and headed out to see my little cousins and my uncle while my mom handed out candy instead. It was fun seeing my little Cousins since two of them I had not seen in forever and my other Cousin who had hardly ever see except on Holidays. Eventually though the night got a bit chaotic because my Cousin who's the mother of two of my cousins decided to let her crappy boyfriend come around and I had to keep my dad from fighting him because he was being a little punk and shooting his mouth off. But I am not getting into that part since that is more of a personal matter. In short no worries I kept my dad from fighting him and the night turned out rather okay. Later that night I decided to say screw my life long healthy diet and chowed down on some energy drinks and timbits. That was my Halloween! Fun for the most part, chaotic towards the end, and sugary filled at the end. XD
