One of our team members (Cappu) found out by chance that her cats float above a bed for toddlers she had made - see hereWhen I tested some of my toddlers' and single beds, I found out, that it is the same with some of them, just a few examples:
The third one is fine, why some beds are fine and others are not I don't know.
Does anybody know what could be wrong?
In blender I usually keep the bedding, import the new frame, delete the old one, give the Cut number from the old frame to the new one and import into S4S. The same with the medium and low mesh. I always test them ingame, but never thought about cats jumping onto the blanket! It takes some time for testing with cats as I have to wait until they get an idea of jumping onto the beds :D Hope that someone can help - thank you already!

This is something that can be fixed. I just have to go and find the information on how to do it. Basically when you import the new mesh there is a setting that tells the game where the bedding is for cats but the value gets updated with the highest point of the mesh instead, not the height of the bedding, and needs to be manually corrected. ... Here we go. This is taken directly from a message to me by peacemaker-ic on how to fix the floating pet issue:
P.S. If you want to be able to test objects with pets then you should download the mod by orangemittens and Andrew to make pets controllable. It's great.

Thank you for helping, menaceman44! I will try to follow your/peacemacer's instructions, and yes, the mod might be very helpful As I'm very busy with garden and family this weekend it might take some days until I do it, but I will tell you as soon as it is done!

That was really good help, menaceman44, thank you so much! I have managed to fix a couple of my beds already, and it will still take some time until I'll have fixed them all... The mod for controllable pets makes testing much easier
