I did the randomizes batch fix in Sims4Studio for the hair problem and didn't t work. Opened the game and I keep having the same problem. Also, replace the CC with the fix batch and didn't work.

Hello guys, I'm new here! Since I uploaded the game, I have your same issues with changing hair color. How can I fix the problem?

For CC related hair I think you can run the batch files and fix some of them. I think you need to run the allow for random?
For issues concerning default hair where the color wont change, you may have to remove the CC hair. For issues concerning the swatches not reporting the correct color, it's a known EA bug and they're supposed to get it fixed soon.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi all, I agree that using a batch fix to allow for random is, at best, a workaround. After discovering what the problem was, I posted to the EA tech reps at EA forums yesterday afternoon in the tech discussion section giving example packages that illustrate the problem. An EA tech rep responded that they would look into it and fix it if possible. The problem was an unintended consequence of code introduced to fix a bug. I am very hopeful that EA will fix this problem on their end. I have not had a chance to look into the eye issue, but it may be related. In any case, if people want to use the batch fix in the meantime, you will be able to reverse it in the event that EA fixes the problem. sammoyke, as it seems likely you will want to run the "Disallow for random" batch fix later, it may be more efficient to not merge everything back.

Hey guys, just thought I'd update you here in case anyone had similar problems to me. My CC wasn't allowing me to change colour and the batch fix only worked for some, and others didn't work at all. After running the batch fix I found that my base game hairs wouldn't change colour, which seems to be an issue on EA's end. Since they're aware of it, in the meantime I just tested the CC in groups, removing the ones that wouldn't change colour. This has fixed my issue with base game hair, so if you're having trouble with CC just identify the problem files and take those out, there's no need to play without CC entirely!

My toddlers/children`s hair won`t change swatches either, I ran the batch fix which allows random sims to wear your cc, it worked for adults, but not for the children or toddlers. Any help?

You have to install sims 4 studio. On the top of the window once it's installed, there's a menu called content management. Drop down to batch fixes > then to CAS and > then the allow for random. However as orangemittens said in prev posts. This only works for some hair and could potentially have to be re-batched after they fix the underlying issue.
