So I spent about an hour creating a sim. I noticed that where the sims heads are down in the left bottom corner, instead of the sims head, it had a blue circle loading thing instead of the sim. I waited for a few minutes and the head didn't load. I tried saving the sim, but instead of where the sims are supposed to be posing, it has the blue circle loading thing. Whenever I clicked save, it wouldn't and I had to exit out of the game
I do use custom content. I spent days downloading them and I don't feel like deleting every single one
I use a HP laptop with Windows 10

It's likely CC related and the short answer is you're going to have to sort through them to find the culprit. No way around it, I'm afraid.
Remove all the CC and try to start it. If it's still broken after you remove CC then you need to report to EA headquarters and put a ticket in with them.
If it works without CC then it's most certainly your mods. Try putting them back in a few at a time until you get the error. This will narrow down your culprit CC.
Also check Simsvips Broken mods section for updated versions of your mods. You can also use something like mod conflict detector to help you locate issues as well. Or you could go back and re-download all the mods again. Sometimes they can just come down wrong.
Good luck.
