Does any one have a room that is set up for taking the best pictures of created CC? I am never really good at getting the right lighting.

Taking pictures in Sims 4 has been difficult for me, too and the lighting is just horrible. But that does not answer your question, if I'm creating a room (i.e. Living, bedroom) then I'll set-up a room. If it is a group of objects, then I'll create a space within a room. I have found a ceiling lamp that I like to use when I take pictures, it not that bright yellow light. The ceiling light I use is from TSR Severinka's SV Klarissa Bedroom.
I know this is not a lot of help, but you got the conversation started and maybe others will chime in with some useful information.

What is it you're trying to take photos of? If it's paintings/posters you could try using notegain's Ambient Lights mod, placing them just behind each painting makes the piece look really great. Here's a screenshot of some wall hangings I used in conjunction with the above mod. I paired that with the light you get from artist career. And a touch of photoshoping (curves, brightness, contrast. That's all.) I hope that helped.

I made a conversion of a sims 3 wall object and I made the bottles from debug buy able. I don't have Photoshop. For editing pictures i use Photo Scape. I just remember for in sims 3 there was a building someone created for doing pictures. It had the best lights already placed and spaced out. Was hoping for something for Sims 4.

Ambient Light is really a prob in Sims4. I hope someone is working on a Light and a Camera Mod like in Sims2.
@counrykris : Gimp is a quite good Program compared to Photoshop...and it's free :D

I use Sweetfx to improve the lighting in my game -- it really works wonders on the terrible Ambient light in game. My issue is the in-game camera- free camera mode does not work in Sims 4 very well and it is difficult to zoom in on objects taking pictures without Sims on the lot (Sweetfx has a separate screenshot button that you must use in order for it to work). I typically build an empty room or shed on my occupied lot where I do screenshots in live mode so I can zoom in or pan out without the limitations present in build mode/w no sim on lot.. if I am uploading a lot I will upload it to my gallery and do screenshots of rooms once the lot is occupied while the Sim is at work. I really miss the Sims 3 lighting and the Sims 2 and 3 freecam mode. It made it so much easier to capture images of content, decor, or Sims in game.
