Snippets are small coding pieces that link craft recipes to crafting objects via code. Food recipes to refrigerators, painting recipes to easels, woodwork recipes to woodwork table, drink recipes to bar, alcoholic recipes to distillery etc.

If you change the n="recipe_interactions" id you can make links to other crafting objects. HOWEVER: The recipe steps may require editing - some objects may require slots/interactions/animations that may only occur in the original crafting object.
So, Sorry don't mean to drop in but, I've also seen the snippettuning used for CAS parts as well during scripting. Is it just for recipes only? When I use it for CAS parts they never show up. Would you happen to know where I can find the script commands for CAS parts?
The only scripting I know currently is for CAS part and it is for the mod (I'm not sure if I can say it here so..) the mod that should not be named. Though it's just for a top of both female and male and the bottoms to function as a nude property.
I have also managed to stumble on some CAS Geometry while digging around the sims 4 forums trying to find something that could help.

We have had a lot of new updates come out for sims 4 and my distillery does nont work. This is one of hte best things in the game imo. I tried the no spoils and the spoils. I would prefer the no spoils packages but will settle for the spoils. I just want it to work. It is so cool to have a distillery. I click on the distillery to choose the one I want to make. The sim goes to the fridge and takes out the ingredients. The sim chops up the ingredients like a true chef. The sim then takes it to the distillery and cooks it. Then the sims shrugs like they do not have a way to bottle the item. What am I missing? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

the distillery works on 1 lot but not the other. I think it is because it needs to use the back and front of the distillery AND needs a cabinet right next to it to bottle the alcohol which I do not have on the other lot. I have another issue right now where the cognac is spoiling and giving a dissatisfied moodlet even though it is excellent. I made another item that did not spoil and also excellent and the sim thought it was great. So preference is definitely for no spoils.
Just tested in basegame and everything is still working properly. The only thing I can think of, besides the obvious EA messed with things in the EP, is that you need a counter nearby to make the finished product. Sorry, but if I can't recreate the problem, near impossible to fix. A modder with the EPs is welcome to give it a go.
