Modding Request: Fewer Random Townies on Community Lots

Hello,

I'm wondering if someone could create a similar mod to Fewer Random Townies on Community Lots by weerbesu. The one where played sims spawn on lots before any other type of sim does.

He deleted the mod from ModTheSims and I don't think he plans on ever updating it. I absolutely love the mod though and I can't play my game without it, but it doesn't work with the Get Famous patch.

I've tried to make it myself, but I'm a beginner in coding (and thus can only do things via Sims4Studio, not through Python).

If you manage to find a replacement or recreate it, you have no idea how happy it would make me.
