I wanted to add something to the studio wish list, but I am unable to comment there, as well as on the bug report thread. Is there another thread we are supposed to post on for suggestions?

They limit the threads for those things. i think the limitation is 50 posts before those areas like that and bug/feedback open up. My understanding is that they want only people who're willing to put effort into the community established here and to show your dedication is to correspond with other posts/posters here.
You're not that far off from it.
P.S. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Wanting to know when the updo category will be added to the studio as I wish to update my cc hair.
