Is there a tutorial to make a cloth as accessories ?

Hi all, first of all sorry for my english im really bad at it hope u guys understand. i made a female top using md and theres a bag on it. the bag is in the same part with the sweater, and now i want to make the bag as accessories, is there any tutorial to do it ? Here are the picts :
