Bow has to be attached to the head bone. Your bow is not assigned to any bone. Even if there is brow bone in the hat, it is unassigned. Head pieces should be 100% assigned to b__Head__. Find b__Head__ bone in Vertex group list, select all vertices, click "assign". Also, when you share the files always share .package and .blend. First, it saves time for us, so we don't have to extract meshes from the .package. Second, sometimes .blend before importing in Studio looks different, Studio tries to correct it with own algorithm, but it there are any mistakes in that .blend Studio imports it incorrectly. That's why we need both files.

Hi! You don't have to clone a hat, clone an accessory (earrings) and change the category later.

You can clone adult necklace, on Studio tab remove tags for teens, adult, young adult, elder and kids, and leave only toddlers. This way you will be able to get base game accessory .package for toddlers.

Hi, for toddlers, I clone socks and recategorize later.

Socks would work as well. The only thing I suggest for someone cloning socks for recategorizing into another category is to make all custom thumbnails. Since sock will generate a picture of the feet, and if it's a head item it won't be shown on thumbnail. I believe there is a way to tweak that file to make it generate head instead of feet, but don't remember how.

I must then clone the socks and put in blender. Append the bow and put the bow in vertex group b_head_ Save and put in studio on socks again the new mesh. Then change the category to hat then or leave it as socks??

Can I then change it in categories to hat without loose the hair again? Or is there something else I can do. I delete shadow, specular and normal maps

There is a dirty workaround if you use hat mesh as a base. Go on Warehouse tab, click Region Maps -> Edit items. You will see a window with a list of names like HairHatA, HairHatB. On the left change the name to Base, in Layer put 0. Do for each entry and don't forget to press "save" in that window, then save a .package. Copy your .package to the desktop just in case.
