You don't need to unwrap them as they're already mapped. Just join them together and if the UV maps intersect then move the bow to the right.

Hi! The issue here is that both meshgroups MUST have the same uv map names before joining for both maps to blend properly together. Prior to joining you'll need to rename uvmap to uv_0 (just double click the name and rename it). And you'll need to create a new uv_1 for your bow. Please check out THIS VIDEO TUTORIAL for that. Remember that data transfer is only available on blender versions 2.76 and up. You can use the toddler shoes as reference mesh. Also, as a warning, those bows are very high poly for an item like a shoe. I suggest reducing that, here's a GUIDE for that. Bare in mind that this should be done BEFORE creating the uv_1

Ma be I must ask someone that know what he|she is doing and go learn more before I want to do meshing again. I just love the bow on the shoes look so lady like.

Listen, it's hard for me as well to explain things in more detail for you when you don't say where exactly you're getting stuck with. From the last blend you shared, you simply joined both meshes as they were. You neither renamed the uv as suggested nor followed the uv_1 tutorial i linked. Open the blend file you FIRST shared with the two separate meshgroups. Rename the bows' uv name: DO NOT JOIN THEM JUST YET. Follow the UV_1 transfer tutorial linked in my last reply. THEN, join both meshes. If you don't understand something, please be specific about it.

I never once said anything about weights or vertex groups, yet you've deleted those? Why? The ONLY thing you must do is RENAME THE UV, not the "name" from the mesh groups list.
Open the blend you first shared and follow EXACTLY what the numbers show:
1- SELECT the meshgroup. 2- Go into the TRIANGLE tab. 3- DOUBLE CLICK uvmap and RENAME to uv_0.
Follow the uv_1 transfer tutorial.
JOIN MESHES.
